She gave me wine pairings with each dish, let me taste different Italian wines and spirits, and made the whole experience so much more fun and memorable. The potato gnocchi was definitely one of the standouts, so good, and the gelato was the perfect way to finish the meal. Everything was delicious, but the service really made the night.
