Best Restaurants for Handcrafted Cocktails in West Palm Beach

We had a wonderful dining experience at Del Mar! The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, with incredible attention to detail throughout. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere had such a great vibe...stylish, inviting, and the perfect setting for a girls night out! The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered many items to share... hummus, tzatziki , zucchini chips, beet salad, mixed greens, red snapper ceviche, mushroom flatbread, olive cake, and broccolini. Everything tasted so flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Besides the amazing food, what truly made our evening exceptional was our server, Nadine! She was phenomenal...so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. Her knowledge of the menu and drink selections was impressive, and she made excellent recommendations. She was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, all while training another server at the same time! Nadine's professionalism, warm personality, and attention to detail really stood out. She truly went above and beyond to make our experience top-notch; especially for our friend's Birthday. Between the beautiful atmosphere, amazing food, and outstanding service, Del Mar exceeded our expectations! We can't recommend it enough, and if you're lucky enough to have Nadine as your server, you're in for a treat!

Atmosphere was pleasant, loved the garden feel dining outside, and the decor inside was reminiscent of old Italy. The service was outstanding, our waitress, Genesis was attentive, informative, friendly and helpful in telling us about the dishes, specials, and prices. The food was perfectly made and tasted wonderful, I added the salmon to a dish on the menu and was very pleased with how it turned out. The tiramisu was exquisite and delicious. The wine selection and cocktail menu was thorough with many great options. Overall a wonderful dining experience and I definitely recommend this restaurant highly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Dining Experience! We had a wonderful evening at Eataly in West Palm Beach! Adolfo, the manager, personally welcomed us and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Since it was our first visit, he took the time to explain the menu, specials, and different options available. We were celebrating a birthday, and he kindly brought us tiramisu, which was the highlight of the meal! The food was delicious, portions were perfect, and the atmosphere, decor, and music made the evening extra special. A special thank-you to Adolfo and our server, Alejandro, for their outstanding service, warmth, and attention to detail. They truly made our experience memorable. We will definitely be back! 🇮🇹❤️

A group of 9 went for the first time and we had a great time! The food was really good, every single thing we ordered, we loved. Our server did a great job of reading our table. She appeared when we needed something but also gave us uninterrupted moments to enjoy each others company. The manager was also present, he came by to check on us and have a laugh with our table. Such a great experience!
