Best Restaurants with a Scenic View in Mattituck

Everything was great. Service was excellent. Food was delicious, I had the arugula and apple salad with grilled chicken, it was simple and perfect.

The Bell & Anchor is a great place to have dinner! Friendly staff and a terrific menu.

Excellent dinner experience for prix fixe menu. Food was prepared beautifully, service was good and the view was breathtaking.

Captain Jack's has a great location overlooking a marina on the north shore of the South Fork just east of Southampton. The food is non pretentious and well prepared. My guest and I each started with a bowl of their "award-winning" New England-style clam chowder and then shared appetizer orders of Brown Butter Mussels, Crispy fried calamari, and their harvest salad (the latter replete with cubes of apple, nuts and blue cheese. Don't expect fancy food...just well prepared seafood and more.

This was our first time at Bella Vie and we were not disappointed. Service, food and cocktails were excellent. Quaint spot right on a lake as well. My only suggestion is that the place is dated and needs a bit of a spiff up IMO. Other than that, had a very enjoyable evening.
