Wonderful experience..... service is on a different level. Attentive but not intrusive. One waiter could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming but was efficient. Food was excellent. Good portions but need extras for the main course. Extensive wine list with good selection by the half bottle or glass.

Perfect pre-theatre experience. Great value, attentive staff and excellent food perfectly presented. I would strongly recommend the Riverside Restaurant to patrons of the Waterfront Hall.

I love the dual nature of this venue. In the ground floor there is the traditional pub. Which, on a Saturday, was absolutely rocking. In the upstairs, we had a much quieter area. We had ample seating choices, sat down to enjoy a Guinness, some good food and conversation. Try the stroganoff for perfect beef and get the mash to go with it. The pie comes with two sauces. No room for dessert, so I canna comment there.

The Ivy Belfast is an experience. Great location looking out at City Hall, and the decor is beautiful, complemented by well-presented and friendly helpful staff. The set Taste of Ireland menu is good value, with the option of a glass of wine for £5. It’s worth the climb up three sets of stairs to see the private dining room and the ladies toilets. It was appreciated that the member of staff recognised the occasion and marked it with a complimentary chocolate cake

Lovely, attentive staff; delicious fresh food. I loved the chocolate mousse for dessert, and the complimentary glasses of prosecco we're a very thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! Our first visit, and we were delighted on every level. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, warm, friendly, polished, professional, helpful service, a menu on which every option appealed, great quality wine list, and every dish we tried was beautifully and thoughtfully created and presented. The level of care is obvious, and the results spoke for themselves. Every dish was singing in its own distinct way. A wonderful evening in every sense, they really couldn't do more.
