I’ve had the opportunity to eat here multiple times, when I’ve been in town. The food is always spectacular, service excellent, and an upbeat space.

This was our first time at Carmine’s..and what a wonderfully amazing dining experience! The food was so delicious and flavorful - truly authentic Italian cuisine! And the portions were tremendous! The service and ambience were beyond compare! Can’t wait to go back on our next trip to Vegas! Truly a five-star restaurant in every way!

This restaurant deserves its two Michelin stars. We chose the Prelude tasting menu with wine pairing. Each course was exquisitely plated and tasted as good as it looked. The wines were top quality mostly French wines from well known regions. The bread service was outstanding and the butter was soft, high fat unsalted butter imported from France. My favorite course was the Halibut which was the best preparation of this fish I have ever eaten. It was paired with an outstanding white Burgundy. There were numerous small desserts. Service was excellent. This was an expensive meal but cheaper than a trip to Paris!
