Decided to visit after a friend gave a glowing review about this place. She was spot on! From the moment we stepped in the door, we were greeted warmly and ushered to our seats. Our waitress, Carla, thoroughly explained the menu and how to enjoy our meal. I had a pineapple mint lemonade and my mom had hot tea. The "sides" bar as I call it had plenty of options, and all were delicious. I especially enjoyed the potato salad. When we sat back down, I flipped my coaster to green, and then the real magic began! There were so many delicious offerings of meat, and my favorite the grilled pineapple. We enjoyed the servers, trying the meat with different sides, and the overall vibe of the place. I never had to ask for a refill on my drink or to clear away my plate. All of the staff was Johnny on the spot. The toughest decision of the night was deciding what was for dessert! We left full and happy. We will return with more guests. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Absolutely loved our meal, delicious food and great wine. My only request would be for the chef to consider using gluten free soy sauce as there are a couple of dishes I couldn’t have as a coeliac but which would be fine save for the soy sauce. That should be a simple change. Definitely one of my favourite spots in Houston.

Our server, Miguel, did a great job! We celebrated my MIL's birthday, and she and her husband really enjoyed dining here for the first time. Food was prepared well and tasted delicious. A bit noisy, but a good experience overall.
