I was reading how their filet mignon was good and it did not disappoint. Servings were the right portion. Everything was fresh right out of the kitchen. Not to mention how good the tiramisu was. Service was great. Whoever was making the drinks, Mike, and the rest of the team were on their game. My glass of water was NEVER empty. Lol Would definitely go back.

The Maddy Rose is a staple for us where we ‘Dock-n-Dine’ at Liberty Marina and sail in from Atlantic Highlands. As always, this visit was no different from any of our past stays, and was outstanding!

Everything was amazing! The bartender was on point with the cocktails (I had a Coconut Margarita😋)!! The apps were beyond delicious and the entrees were outstanding. Dessert??!!! We ordered the Carrot Cake and the Chocolate Layer Cake. The chocolate cake was rich and was great. I don't particularly like Carrot Cake & never order it in a restaurant. However, O-M-G!!!!!!! I've never tasted anything like it!!! I'd go back just to order that.....It's a DEFINITE must get!!!! Can't wait to make another trip to "The Feathered Fox"!!!
