Best Neighbourhood Gem Restaurants in Farmington Hills

We chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated and sophisticated. We asked for a little bigger table and they definitely delivered! The food was absolutely amazing—beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service was outstanding as well. Our entire evening felt seamless, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The only downside was the value. It is a very expensive dining experience, and while the quality was exceptional, the price point is definitely something to consider. That said, for an anniversary or other special celebration, it delivered the kind of experience we were looking for. A beautiful evening, exceptional food, and outstanding service.

This was our first time dining there and it was fabulous! I throwback to yesterday year with leather booths and top notch service! Chef John, who used to be the head chef at the Lark is running the kitchen, and the quality of the food was fantastic!! So a great chef and really really good service made for a perfect evening! We will certainly be back and I can't wait to try chef John's prime rib dinner that he serves only on Sunday!!!

As always, we had an exceptional meal!! If you are looking for quality seafood, Mitchell's is the place to go!!

Really great breakfast today at BHG with my wife! Upgraded to short rib (at a fair price) on the standard breakfast with the James Beard potatoes / eggs / English muffins…it was outstanding! And so was Edith’s service!!
