The ambience and atmosphere perfectly balance sophisticated elegance with a warm, lively energy. True to its reputation in local reviews, the space feels incredibly high-end and modern without ever feeling stiff or pretentious. The sleek architectural lines, warm lighting, and open-kitchen concept create a vibrant yet intimate backdrop that is ideal for both romantic dates and special family gatherings. What truly sets EDGE apart, however, is the impeccable hospitality and seamless allergy awareness. From the moment we walked in, the staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. They are highly competent and accommodating with food sensitivities; the kitchen did a fantastic job managing a gluten allergy and resolving any concerns around cross-contamination, allowing us to dine with total peace of mind. Our server, Adam, provided fantastic, attentive service throughout the night. He went completely above and beyond by treating our infant son like a VIP, even leaving him with his very own stuffed moose as a souvenir of the evening. It is rare to find a fine-dining establishment that embraces families and dietary needs so gracefully while maintaining its luxury standards. The culinary experience was outstanding from start to finish: • Dry-Aged NY Strip: Cooked to absolute perfection with a beautiful crust and rich, deep flavor. • Scallops: Incredibly fresh, perfectly seared, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. • Kids' Options: Our son thoroughly enjoyed his fresh fruit and buttered noodles (as well as happily nibbling off our plates!). We finished the evening with a spectacular trio of desserts. The snickerdoodle crème brûlée was a creative, comforting twist on a classic, the homemade ice cream was exceptionally creamy, and the Basque-style cheesecake had that perfect caramelized top and rich, velvety center.

We enjoyed our afternoon tea at Babe’s, and Caleb was a knowledgeable and helpful server. The scones were a particular highlight.
