If you’re looking for the best authentic Chinese restaurant in Birmingham, then please look no further! Everything is outstanding here! I mean, everything! From the drinks, to the food, to the decor, to the service! Today my sister came from Manchester for my Birthday! She travelled such a long way and was delayed which resulted in us getting there late to Lulu Wild. They still accomodated us. The lady on the phone to my sister was lovely, kind, gorgeous and reassuring. I was really stressed due to being late as I wanted me and my sister to attend but she put us at ease. Thank you so much! The restaurant manager Alex, is the best restaurant manager I’ve ever met. She is second to none, she really makes the experience a memorable one. She’s lovely, friendly, beautiful and makes Lulu Wild an even better place! She brings the vibes, the energy and creates such an amazing atmosphere for the customers. It really wouldn’t be the same without her! Thank you so much Alex! I really appreciated everything that you did, even bringing the small birthday celebration ice cream at the end! You’re amazing! 5* Thank you ❤️
