DANIEL DEL PRADOBorn in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Chef Daniel del Prado is the child of parents of Spanish and southern Italian descent. After moving to the United States in his early 20s, del Prado began his culinary career in Colorado—cooking at night and snowboarding during the day. Upon moving to Minneapolis, he had the opportunity to work in some of the finest kitchens in the Twin Cities. In 2009 del Prado teamed up with his mentor, Isaac Becker, to open Bar La Grassa in the North Loop. When it came time for del Prado to open his own concepts, he burst onto the Twin Cities scene with his premiere Linden Hills restaurant, Martina, and opened the Oaxacan Mexican-influenced Colita just a year after.     This was the best steak we have ever had!! We also had the lobster tails, they were fantastic as well. Will definitely go back!! The staff is also fantastic, very helpful explained everything. Talked us into dessert as well, which we had the chocolate cake, also fantastic!!!

    My friend and I went to celebrate her birthday. Our server, Jackie, perfectly balanced being attentive and allowing us time to talk. She was friendly and made good recommendations. The chef, David Mesa, did a phenomenal job on my Cajun fettuccini with shrimp and Kathy's Fish and Chips. The restaurant was full and the ambiance was impressive.
