DANIEL DEL PRADOBorn in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Chef Daniel del Prado is the child of parents of Spanish and southern Italian descent. After moving to the United States in his early 20s, del Prado began his culinary career in Colorado—cooking at night and snowboarding during the day. Upon moving to Minneapolis, he had the opportunity to work in some of the finest kitchens in the Twin Cities. In 2009 del Prado teamed up with his mentor, Isaac Becker, to open Bar La Grassa in the North Loop. When it came time for del Prado to open his own concepts, he burst onto the Twin Cities scene with his premiere Linden Hills restaurant, Martina, and opened the Oaxacan Mexican-influenced Colita just a year after.     Another excellent dining experience at Hazelwood Woodbury! It was a beautiful sunny day & the quickly set us up outside on their patio… sun & light breezes made for a great luncheon. I love that I can get a delicious Caesar salad & add salmon for protein… they somehow cook the salmon perfectly every time!! My friend enjoyed her salad too, the chopped - looked great! I’ll have to try that next time. Our server was perfect! Great food, great service - a delight.

    We had a wonderful evening at The Kyndred Hearth! Our meals were absolutely delicious, the wine was excellent and the home-made soft serve with salted caramel was scrumptious! Our server, Leidy, was DELIGHTFUL! She was so sweet, friendly and attentive! She made a great diner even more special!

    We had not been to The Wick for about a year and a half, and were not sure what to expect. I can happily report that The Wick is back! The food, the drinks, the service and the beautiful patio were all absolutely fabulous! We enjoyed the coconut shrimp, the chicken wings, the carnitas rice bowl, the Cobb salad, the charcuterie board,.....and everything was spectacular! Thank you Wick, we missed you!!!
