    It's always a great experience! The daily specials make it even more interesting. The regular menu is a treat, but the specials are truly special. I had the trout in a citrus, Pimentón and garlic sauce. Absolutely amazing!

    What a lovely evening at the Greenbriar Inn. The atmosphere sets the tone the moment you walk in - warm, elegant, and relaxed without feeling stuffy. Our server, Evan, was a true professional - attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu and extensive wine list, and perfectly timed with every course. The wine service was the standout of the night. Evan's knowledge was impressive. He took the time to explain each wine to my daughter who was celebrating her 21st birthday, and clearly loved sharing it, which made the whole experience feel special. One guest in our party has dietary restrictions, and the kitchen created a stellar vegan dish using fresh ingredients from their onsite garden, just for her. It was a gracious touch that made sure everyone at the table felt welcome and well cared for.
