Hapa Sushi Grill & Sake Bar - Pearl St. Boulder
$$$$•Sushi•4.8(1,486)The name Hapa is derived from the Hawaiian term that describes a harmonious blend of Asian and American cultures. Like our name, our food reflects this dynamic combination. The menu is based on traditional Japanese cooking fundamentals which are then amplified, muted, or mixed with influences from many different styles of cooking until they are something completely new: they're Hapa. We have stretched the boundaries of creativity to develop dishes that defy all the rules while holding true to our roots. We hope that you will find our menu innovative, uninhibited, and distinctly fun! Incomplete parties will not be sat until complete.Corrida

$$$$•Seafood•4.7(2,995)We don't take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments.
The Hungry Toad
$$$$•Pub•4.8(113)The Hungry Toad opened in July 1991 and is located just blocks north of Boulder’s historic Pearl Street Mall. Since then, The Hungry Toad has been providing both traditional and creative pub food as well as bringing in classic English style draft beers as well as local craft.
The Hungry Toad’s interior, reflects the classic English pub feel yet hip in sensibilities of the surrounding Boulder area, and pays tribute to England’s storied pub past.
Our outdoor patio rests on Broadway & North with grand views of Sanitas and the surrounding foothills with sun and shade. We strive and will always strive to be Boulder’s neighborhood pub.
Cheers,

- ZZebidiahDenver / Colorado •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe were greeted warmly and seated early. I was happy to accept suggestions on pizzas and was thrilled to try the Frasca exclusive JD Vjara Barolo that was available from the Michelin star restaurant next door. The service was fantastic and fast. I even was surprised with a desert with a candle for my birthday. The nice personal touches and speedy service combined with the standout Neapolitan pizza makes this a must try.More infoPizzeria Alberico$$$$• Pizzeria• Boulder•4.7
