DANIEL DEL PRADOBorn in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Chef Daniel del Prado is the child of parents of Spanish and southern Italian descent. After moving to the United States in his early 20s, del Prado began his culinary career in Colorado—cooking at night and snowboarding during the day. Upon moving to Minneapolis, he had the opportunity to work in some of the finest kitchens in the Twin Cities. In 2009 del Prado teamed up with his mentor, Isaac Becker, to open Bar La Grassa in the North Loop. When it came time for del Prado to open his own concepts, he burst onto the Twin Cities scene with his premiere Linden Hills restaurant, Martina, and opened the Oaxacan Mexican-influenced Colita just a year after.     Chianti Grill is one of those restaurants that never disappoints. Jamie was our server and her attention to detail is impeccable. She always makes sure everything is right and if not fixes it. The food is on point every time we are there. The butternut squash ravioli fall special is a must try! We would come back again for that meal alone. It is always an enjoyable experience.

    It was my second dinner this week at Gary's. The reason is simple. Great service and great food. The flavors are so rich and distinctive! I introduced 2 friends from OOT and they raved about it. Parmesan Walleye and a New York strip. The green beans and asparagus were perfect! We had a table of 8 guys next to us who were quite energetic!

    We sat at the bar for apps and drinks, and Andrew, the bartender, was absolutely great! He was very friendly, attentive, and gave us some excellent suggestions to consider for the future. We had a wonderful time thanks to his top-notch service and we’ll definitely be back!

    Great little spot for some good old smoked meats. Outside seating was fantastic and the service was top notch. If you like whiskey and bourbon they have about 6 pages of specialty drinks dedicated to that stuff.
