Always a good time at the Canadian Brewhouse. Great food and service. Highly recommended!

Fabulous surprise birthday dinner ! Staff was fantastic Atmosphere perfect Food delicious

We ordered and my wife got the fajitas. Drinks were good and arrived quick. My meal arrived and all the fixings for my wife’s fajitas but not the hot plate with the meat. We waited approximately 10 minutes then when the manager asked how everything was going my wife was pretty upset that the meat had not arrived. When the meat was brought out a few minutes later it was definitely not sizzling like usual. It was warm but noticeable rushed. We did not ask the manager for anything just the meat to be supplied. The waitress informed us we were receiving a dessert for free and 50% off our meal. I was impressed by the manager’s actions since we told him we didn’t require anything but he picked up on my wife’s displeasure. We know things happen and sometimes things get missed or go wrong. He took steps to ensure we left happy and we were grateful for his professionalism and customer service. I would recommend this particular restaurant to anyone as they do care about the customer. I do not know the name of the manager on duty or our server but they were both great. Friday September 25th was the day we dined there. It was our 6th anniversary.

Compliments to the hosts & servers - I noted an accessibility requirement in my reservation and the staff met all of our needs. The server was patient and kind with our group :) would come back.

It was great overall & will come back again 100%. Food & atmosphere both were great
