I must say this time the service - the food - and the atmosphere were stellar to say the least. We started in the bar area ordered drinks and the Calamari appetizer - all were spot on. We were then seated at a table in the center of the dining room which was great for us. Our server there - Brent - made sure everything went at the slower pace we desired and that our entrees came out in perfect sync with everything else including our wine. We both had different versions of the filet - the Blue Cheese and the Boursin. The meat was cooked to perfection and the flavor was simply marvelous. We also had the German Chocolate Cake dessert and I must say it was so good not a crumb was left behind. We both agreed that Connors is in the top tier of Huntsville area restaurants. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was absolutely fabulous, and everything about the evening felt special. But honestly, the star of the show was our waiter, Lucian! If you go, ask for Lucian! He was incredibly attentive to every detail, entertaining, personable, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire meal. His personality really added to the experience and made our visit so much more enjoyable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, but the exceptional service is what really stood out to us. We enjoyed every minute of our experience and will definitely be back!
