The food at Amana was spectacular, and the value was outstanding. I don't know anywhere else in Costa Rica where you can get a meal this good without breaking the bank. Both appetizers were excellent, and the mains were even better. The food took a while to arrive, and I wish the wait had been shorter, but that's my only complaint. Overall, a top-notch experience that I'd happily repeat.

First time in Costa Rica and this is the place you need to go if you like fine dinning! Ordered their tasting menu with 8 courses which each course came with a story and a small experience! You can tell the details and efforts the chef added to this menu and was cultured at the same time! Tried different Costa Rican flavors and plates executed at a very high level! Definitely will be back for their new menu and definitely recommend! Their service was on point and the place is perfect for date night or to impress.

You have to love meat, but the choice is great and the gauchos are very helpful when presenting. The other wait staff are attentive too. The salad and vegetable buffet is really good. Nice ambience all around.

Wonderful! This is my favorite restaurant in San Jose and I always look forward to dining here when in town!
