Visit The Ferry every time we visit the area and are never disappointed. Very, very friendly staff - the young Servers are always pleasant and polite. Sunday lunch was very tasty - the beef was delicious. My chicken was succulent but I would prefer crispy skin, my preference. All the accompanying vegetables were delicious. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Very dog friendly too

Always our go to restaurant, amazing food, quiet, experienced attentive and knowledgeable staff. We asked if we could have an affogato which wasn’t on the menu, and they cheerfully obliged. Always a pleasure.

Lovely premises, tastefully decorated. The staff were outstandingly good and attentive. The meal was delicious, we’ll definitely be back and planning to take friends.

We booked for five as a celebration. We know the Daffodil and the owner Alex quite well, living nearby and being fairly regular. Food and service impeccable as always, and Alex went over and above to look after us and our guests. Always a pleasure here, especially for special occasions. Food was superb as always.m

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at an absolute gem of an accommodation which is beautifully presented and the quality is everywhere. The restaurant is fantastic. Really well balanced menu with lots of imaginative twists and great quality ingredients, preparation and service. Will, without any hesitation, return to stay again and recommend this wonderful experience to everyone. The staff team are an absolute credit.
