Ballston Spa Restaurants

Once again a fantastic dinner experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. In many restaurants today either food or service are memorable…….. in the case of Noah’s both reached an apex that makes the experience phenomenal. Thank you Noah’s……. Mission accomplished.

I was eating by myself and everyone on the wait staff—other waiters, busboys, hosts, kept checking in with me, seeing if I needed anything, making me feel at home. It was altogether lovely. Carli was my wait person—what a pro! Better yet, what a charming pro! She stayed attentive yet with just the right light touch. The food was sublime—duck breast, and those Brussel Sprouts! Yo die for. Then when I simply had no room for dessert, yet Carli discerned my sweet tooth, wasn’t she a dear to send me along with these divine strawberry bon bons. My travels to get to Saratoga Springs were ghastly this day, and Salt & Char and Carli and staff made me forget all about that!

food and service were excellent , we chose to sit in the back of the restaurant as we wanted quiet . everything was great will return again.

Bolognese was excellent. Sam Adams Octoberfest on draft! 🍺🍻

We went out for a family dinner, the vibe was phenomenal. The service was great and the food was good. It was exactly what we expected. Will definitely be back. Absolutely loved the views as well. We had a table outside, it was a little chilly, but well worth it.
