We arrived early for our 6:30 reservation. Via , the maître d’ asked several times what the name on the reservation was because she couldn’t find it. I finally pulled out my phone and saw that I made the ressie for next week! Via and Sophia commiserated and found a lovely table for us and Via checked in to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. We certainly enjoyed the service and great food. Thanks, ladies, for your kindness.

Leonardo was our waiter. He is knowledgeable and professional. The food was excellent, especially the socca and tomato soup with fennel. We will return and tell our friends about Nixza

Nizza never disappoints! Every visit is a wonderful experience, and somehow the service and food just keep getting better. Their homemade pasta is absolutely delicious, made with that authentic Italian touch that keeps you coming back for more. Consistently amazing food, outstanding service, and such a welcoming atmosphere. Nizza continues to raise the bar every single time!

Delicious food, Harrison and assistants were attentive and kind w/o being overbearing. Had a great round table in the corner. Loved the sink outside the bathroom to wash hands. We enjoyed arugula salad, beet salad, rollatini, meatballs, and red/yellow pizza with perfect crust.

how can a restaurant that’s been in the neighborhood for so very long and with and in a city with sooooo many Italian restaurants serve absolutely inedible food. It’s never been great. But no they’ve really gone downhill. And seriously what is vegetable and cranberry soup??? wtf?

You might be referring to one of our daily rotational soups, made with Vegetables and cranberry beans (also known as borlotti beans or roman beans). Sorry for the miscommunication!

We enjoyed our afternoon prior to a show in the close neighborhood. Our server was very good and provided excellent choices on our dessert and pizza. Will go back!!
