We sampled nearly the entire menu and loved all the dishes. Cocktails were very tasty and inventive. Seth was an excellent bartender and server. Music playing was a good volume and genre.

A 14 seat, neighborhood Omakase from the team that brought you Noko Nashville. This is a 14 course, 90min nigiri & hand roll dining experience for $75. We highly recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to enjoy a drink at our Japanese cocktail bar as we start promptly at your reservation time. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the cuisine, we will not be able to accommodate fish allergies or vegetarians.

What a perfect place to have a special birthday dinner. Everything felt intentional, fun, and delicious… from the welcome cocktail to the tiny bites before we even ordered. We felt so celebrated and the staff was wonderful. The squash was my surprise favorite of all. A unique, whimsical, high quality culinary experience.

Kisser, created by Brian Lea and Leina Horii, is a nod to Japanese kissaten—a cozy spot for comfort food, drinks, and community. Brian, a California native, honed his skills under chefs like Charlie Palmer and Jose Andres. After roles at Husk and Trois Mec, he returned to Nashville with Strategic Hospitality. Leina, from a restaurant family, shifted from pre-med to working at renowned eateries like Red Medicine and Bastion. Kisser marks their first venture together. In November 2025, Kisser was awarded a MICHELIN Bibb Gourmand.

The Authentique is a French-owned wine bar and crêperie in East Nashville, home to the largest wine-by-the-glass list in Nashville: 66 French wines by the glass and 190 by the bottle, every pour chosen by our sommelier. The familiar smell of smoke from a BBQ pit is the first sense upon walking in the door, but you’re in a beautiful dining room with Notorious B.I.G bumping. We sat on the patio and it was temp controlled and chill. The food was the star - some of the best sauces in the city. Try the noodles, try the Caesar, and absolutely try the Korean wings. Chef team is on another level!!

A Japanese restaurant and coffee shop from the folks behind Kisser.

Reservations and walk-ins for full service are dine-in, inside the restaurant. The patio is for take-out only and is open seating. No reservation is needed for outside and dogs are welcome. Our host stand is located inside the main entrance, on the left. Please let us know if you’re running behind, if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your reservation time, we will have to forfeit your table. Thank you for your understanding. If you have a soy allergy please let us know, the majority of our dishes contain soy.

We validate parking up to 2 hours. Please present your parking slip from the parking garage to validate it. Parking garage is located between Monroe Street and Taylor Street, the entrance can be found on both of those streets or 1315 Adams Street for google maps. There is also free street parking on Adams Street.
