Pietro’s is a family-owned and operated restaurant located in the central valley, the heart of wine country. Pietro’s originated in 1956 in Vacaville, California. The patriarch of the Murdaca family, Pietro Murdaca, opened the original location on Cernon Street shortly after immigrating from Southern Italy. In 1985, Pietro and his son Jim came to the valley to open Pietro’s of Lodi. With a passion for family and food the Lujan sisters came together to open Agave Azul Kitchen & Tequila Bar in 2012. Their goal was to bring together a gathering of authentic Mexican home cooking that stuck to their roots. Their family originated from Zacatecas, Mexico and then came to Hughson, California to begin farming. With this heritage came recipes passed down from generation to generation. Food was the center of their life and growing up on a local farm allowed their family to cook at home with food grown on their land. Sandra and Gabby originally had the thought of opening Taqueria El Agave, but it quickly transformed into a full kitchen serving some of their favorite dishes such as pollo con crema y rajas. The unique thing about Agave Azul is their attention and focus to the quality of each of the ingredients that goes into their recipes and their commitment to never sacrificing on quality home grown ingredients.

    The food and service was great. I forgot the waitress name but she was great! Not all of the games worked at Dave&Busters. But the staff helped us when the game took our card points without the game working.

    Celebrated 3 birthdays and we enjoyed an amazing meal! Appetizers, cocktails, dinner and dessert all perfect as always! Dined with 3 kiddos but still very enjoyable! Great waitress, service and overall experience! Pietros is a fine oiled machine!! Dined at 6 left at 8 and there was a line out the door!! Good stuff!!

    Food and service are always amazing. This es exactly why we picked Bistro 120 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. We loved the new pasta additions to the menu. The bolognese was to die for. The Cacio e Pepe was unique compared to other recipes I’ve had but would absolutely get again.
