This is my favorite restaurant in Collingwood! love sitting at the bar, great vibe and awesome food! We take all of our out of town friends to this restaurant and frequent regularly! Love this place!

My chicken sandwich was perfectly done. I enjoyed the dinner very much.

It was a busy evening but service didn’t show it. Everything moved along at a good pace. Music guest (Stan the piano player) was great. Staff are personable and fun. Food feature menu was wonderful. Definitely book reservations. Very busy 6-7pm

We have been to GBSC a number of times now. The experience has been superb each time. The last few times we have brought out of town guests with us. They have all raved about the experience they had at GBSC. Very impressed with the team there. Shout out to Mike for his enthusiasm and knowledge and guidance through the menu and drink pairings. Also to Jeanette for great service. Food, drinks, ambience and service are top shelf. Recommend as a must go destination in Collingwood. Richard

Not your average "hotel restaurant" at all! Amazing experience at this altogether top-tier spot. Appreciated the complimentary sparkling rose to start in honour of our recent wedding. The delicious prime rib dinner for two was the perfect way to share our celebratory meal :) Decadent sticky toffee pudding to wrap it up. All. So. Yummy. Service was perfection - not too much, not too little - warm, kid, personable, skilled. Thanks so much for helping make our first date as a newlywed couple so special!
