Very professional but yet fun. She was very helpful in helping select wines to compliment our meals. My son and I shared our meals of Lamb and Scallops. They were cooked perfectly and the sauce was very "clean" with the scallops, not over buttery. We also had the ahi tuna appetizer. The sauce on the fish had a nice bit to it. When Sarah was not sure about a red wine for the meal she immediately had her manager come by for help. The manager was also amazing, both in professionalism and in helping me choose. As always, I greatly like the vibe, the ambiance, great selection of delicious food and a wonderful staff of workers.
